Remember, you have 14 calendar days (from receiving the parcel) to report the return.
Returned products cannot bear any traces of use and must have original tags.
According to the store’s regulations, the costs of return are borne by the Buyer. Cash on Delivery parcels will not be collected. Goods that do not meet all of the above conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense and will be the basis for refusing the return. he return will be processed within 14 days.
Go to the I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT tab, enter the order number and e-mail address that you used when placing the order. If you already have an account, you can also log in and go to the list of your orders.
RETURN WITH A HAND FILLED RETURN FORM
Fill in the return form manually, you can find it HERE, and add it to your return package. It will allow us to handle your return quickly and efficiently.
All you have to do is fill in the paper return document, attached to the package with your order :) However, if you do not have it - you can download it HERE. In the case of COD shipment, make sure that the return document contains the account number to which the funds will be refunded.
