ORDER

1. WHAT ARE THE HOURS AND DAYS TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT?

Customer Service Department: Tel. +48 531 369 765 open from Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

2. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN THE SC9 STORE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. Orders can be placed by both registered and unregistered users. The registration in the store will allow you to check the status of your orders, the purchase history, and to receive coupons and promotional items.

If you are not registered, your data will not be saved in the system so when making subsequent store purchases you will have to enter it again.

3. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN SC9?

To create a user account click on the "log-in" icon in the upper left corner of the site, and provide your e-mail and your user password.

4. I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THE STORE BUT I CANNOT LOGIN.

There are several reasons:
- Incorrectly typed user name or password - try again by manually entering your login and password, and do not use the settings saved by the browser.
- Forgotten password - in this case, please click the "remind me my password" link, and the current password will be sent to the e-mail address given when registering your account.
If you still cannot login, please contact our Customer Service Department at number 531 369 765 (open on week days from 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.) or via e-mail: sklep@sc9.pl.

5. COULD IT HAPPEN THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED?

Unfortunately yes. For justified reasons the store administrator has the right to block a user account. In this case, contact the Customer Service Department.

6. HOW CAN I FIND A PRODUCT OF INTEREST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?

In the upper right corner of the site there is a search engine where you can enter the product you are interested in, for example, trousers, dress, etc. You can also browse through the categories in the tabs: NEW, BESTSELLERS, CLOTHES, ACCESSORIES, SALE, AND BARGAINS. These tabs are located on the horizontal black bar at the top of the store.

7. HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?

To properly choose the size check the size table located next to each product. If you have any questions please contact us using the contact form, phone or email.
However, the best way to measure the size is to make a measurement (lying down) of your own piece of clothing with a similar style.

8. WHAT IS THE ORDER COMPLETION TIME?

Orders are completed within 1 up to 10 days. Products are shipped only on working days, excluding working Saturdays. If the order completion time is to be extended, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

9. HOW DOES THE ORDER COMPLETION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

You place an order at SC9.pl which is tantamount to accepting the Regulations and conditions of sale. You pay using one of the available options. When the payment is posted we send the package at the address given above.

10. DO YOU MAKE TAILOR-MADE PRODUCTS?

No. Unfortunately, we do not tailor our products at the individual request of a retail customer.
Of course, we can meet individual needs for a specific model/product provided a wholesale purchase of at least 100 units. For this purpose, please contact the Customer Service Department, where you will be given a phone number of the person responsible for wholesale orders.

11. WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I HAVE PURCHASED PRODUCTS AT ALLEGRO.PL AND SC9?

Contact the Customer Service Department. We will group your orders and send them in a single package. In this case the contact is necessary and very important. Otherwise, shipping costs will be charged twice (for each order separately), and the products will be treated as separate orders, and sent in separate packages in spite of the same delivery address.

12. ARE THE PRICES AT ALLEGRO.PL AND SC9 THE SAME?

Yes, the prices in the store and at Allegro are the same, but signing in the store you can get promotional coupons and discounts. When buying at Allegro you do not have such a possibility.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

1. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE ORDER?

We enable our clients the following payment forms: - credit card: Visa and MasterCard,
- Pay Pal
- Przelewy24: instant electronic transfer,
- In case of COD orders: cash into the hands of a courier company (POCZTEX)
- Traditional bank transfer (Multibank/Mbank)

2. IN WHAT CURRENCY DO I PAY FOR THE ORDER?

We accept payments in every currency, provided that the bank converts the payment to PLN. If you deposit money at the counter of your bank beyond the borders of your country, you need to make sure that your bank will convert the currency to PLN. Prior to making the transaction in the bank ask a question whether the bank implements such transactions.

3. WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS?

Products are sent only using Poczta Polska - Kurier48 and COD - payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the order. Delivery through a different courier company is not possible. Each order is sent after the payment is received and posted in accordance with the deadline indicated in the auction excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Christmas, because the Polish Post does not accept orders for delivery on those days. Transport prices for delivery paid in advance in Poland: 1 piece - PLN 14.00 + PLN 3.00 for each additional piece. Transport prices for cash on delivery in Poland: 1 piece - PLN 25.00 + PLN 1.00 for each additional piece.

4. WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS?

We also send packages beyond the borders of our country, but we do not send cash on delivery packages. The costs of packages paid in advance beyond the borders of our country including the entire eastern block are as follows:
1 piece - 30 pln,
2 pieces - 45 pln,
3 pieces - 65 pln
4 pieces - 80 pln,
5 pieces - 95 pln,
6 pieces - 110 pln, 7 pieces -120pln,
8 pieces - 130pln,
9 pieces -140pln,
10 pieces - 150pln
and more than 10 pieces: PLN 10.00 per each additional piece in the package.

2 pieces - 55 pln,
3 pieces - 70 pln
4 pieces - 80 pln,

and more than 10 pieces - PLN 10.00 per each item in the package.
Delivery prices depend on the weight of items.

5. HOW DO YOU SEND THE PACKAGES?

All packages are sent via Polish Post - Pocztex Kurier48. Our packages reach our Clients within approx. 2 days after posting.
Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

6. CAN I COLLECT A PURCHASED ITEM PERSONALLY?

Yes. After a prior appointment by phone or via e-mail your order can be collected in the company's headquarters in the Office Building in Świdnica, ul. Gdyńska 25 lok. 56, within 7 days from the date of order.

7. WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION?

If the delivered package raises your doubts, and the package suggests damage to the product, do not accept the delivery, and write down a protocol with the courier. Naturally, immediately inform us about the situation.

8. DO YOU ISSUE VAT INVOICES?

We issue invoices for individuals and legal entities.
We issue VAT invoices at your request on the basis of the following data provided: name, address, VAT number.
Invoices for individual are always attached to the package as proof of a transaction.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, COMPLAINTS

1. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we accept returns. Please contact us on this matter, and we will guide you how to do it. You can return the products within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the delivery. Please attach the form available at THE REGULATIONS in item 11 and the invoice to the returned product.

2. IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER ONE?

Yes. If you want to exchange your product, please contact us and we will guide you how to do it.

CAN I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT CONCERNING THE PURCHASED GOODS?

Yes. Yes. We accept complaints. Please contact us on this matter, and we will guide you how to do it.
